Between February 26 and March 1, 2015, individuals attending the Envision festival in Bahia Ballena will have the opportunity to benefit from a variety of workshops. A broad range of topics will be covered in the numerous workshops held throughout the festival, including music, health, spirituality, and more.
A workshop will be hosted on the topic of Healing through Collective Compassion and Universal empathy workshop that will allow participants to explore the power offered by collective compassion and empathy, including the ability to heal oneself and society.
Derek Kouros, a holistic healer, will be hosting a workshop on the topic of the medicine of plants, including essential oils, herbal care, and plant sustainability. A Creating Community workshop, hosted by Edward Zaydelman, will help participants explore individual pursuits with a collective purpose. As part of the workshop, Edward will examine a variety of topics, including the structure of belonging.
Stephen Brooks will be hosting a workshop that will show participants how to begin their own ecological community by guiding them through his own journey in creating such a community Costa Rica. With a passion for identifying more sustainable ways to live one's daily life without compromising the quality of life, Stephen is also a coproducer of the Envision Festival.
In addition, Nick Joyce will host a workshop that will teach attendees how to take the festival home by living the life and building the future of their dreams. This one-hour workshop will guide participants through an understanding of going beyond green to activating the multiple facets necessary instituting a truly sustained future that includes economic, cultural, and social elements, as well as environmental. The workshop will include interconnective activities, inner exploration, and a sharing of relevant resources. With a goal of empowering festival attendees with remaining elevated in their everyday lives even after the festival has concluded, this is a workshop that is not be missed.
