Quepos to Host Manuel Antonio Stand Up Paddle Games 2014

Coming to Manuel Antonio in mid-December are the Stand Up Paddle Games 2014. The games are scheduled for December 13 and 14 and will be held at Marina Pez Vela in Quepos. With a variety of events and prizes scheduled, the games will offer fun for all ages. Among the events to take place include a 300-meter race against the clock as well as an obstacle course, 300-meter race against one another, and distance racing.

The games are open to adults as well as kids and teens. Medals as well as a first-place prize of $500 will issued during the games. All participants will receive T-shirts. Additionally, there will be a raffle for a paddleboard.

Hotel El Parador is also offering a special package deal that includes a one-night stay in a tropical room as well as a welcome cocktail, dinner, and breakfast buffet the following morning for $99. Children under the age of 11 also stay for free with an adult.
